About the Project
This pasta chain was a new concept and brand for us in the Northeast, brought to us by a previous successful client relationship. Though we were familiar and experienced in building chains inside of a "shell" structure, this project also presented us with some challenging circumstances, highlighting our company's strength in being adaptable and our exceptional attention to detail.
What We Did
Building inside a shell entails having a strong emphasis on communication and customer service in addition to craftsmanship. We believe it's our job to sweat the details of the process, acting as the liaison between the landlord and our client. In this case, we ensured the job got done right, even if it meant fixing problems we didn't create. We significantly improved the quality and aesthetics inside this structure while tackling timelines and deliverables with the same grace and precision we put into our work. At the core of our business, our pride in our craftsmanship is mirrored by the relationships we build along the way.
