About the Project
When we were tasked with building the well-known gourmet burger chain Red Robin in the former space of a Pizzeria Uno in Saratoga Springs, New York, we knew we had a unique challenge ahead. We had to create an exciting and inviting space by rebranding a building that people had come to recognize without changing the basic shape of the structure.
What We Did
This building got a total face lift. We gutted the interior, leaving very little from the past restaurant other than the four walls, the roof and a slab. With Saratoga Springs being the hometown of Conboy and Mannion, this project was near and dear to us. Knowing that many customers from the area might remember elements of the former establishment, we wanted to ensure that the Red Robin brand would be front and center. The community has quickly embraced the new business, and the eye-catching building has successfully transformed landscape of this bustling business region.
