Co-owners, Dan Conboy & Mike Mannion traveled nearly identical career paths starting out in residential and historical renovations during the early eighties. Both advanced to supervisory and management positions with local area commercial contractors before joining forces to create Conboy & Mannion Contracting Inc. in 1986. Early projects included light commercial and retail ventures including retail and music/entertainment stores to food court vendors to full-scale restaurant and big box construction.

Mike Mannion and Dan Conboy personally attend to each client including both franchise and corporate. They have been working together in business for over 30 years building a solid reputation in the industry.

Conboy & Mannion Contracting is proud to have over a combined 80 years of construction experience that their seasoned project management team brings to the company. Our project managers were chosen not only because of their accrued skills in the construction trades but, more importantly, due to their unique “hands-on” management styles. Our trios of managers are fine overseers with excellent communications skills. Our project management team is readily available to all clients whenever and wherever their assistance is required.

Nick Collins

Chief Estimator

A former project manager/Power Division Manager with C.N. Flagg & Company, Inc., a nationally recognized industrial contractor specializing in the construction of power facilities. Nick joined Conboy & Mannion in 1996 and has since become chief estimator, and is involved with negotiations and bid preparation, including related project management duties. License certification in Boiler Construction, Nuclear Regulations and Project Management.


James Devlin

Project Manager

Prior to Joining Conboy & Mannion in 2001 Mr. Devlin was a construction supervisor for Anderson Construction & Consulting and a project manager for Miller Builders. Jim’s home base is in Springfield, Mass and his oversight covers complex projects in downtown Manhattan and Boston to new free-standing restaurants in southern Florida. Jim also holds a “zero restriction” construction superintendent license in the state of Massachusetts.


Mike Caramanna

Project Manager

Over 15 years experience running his own residential and commercial construction business in upstate New York before joining the Restaurant Group in Rochester as a project manager. Mr. Caramanna joined Conboy & Mannion in 2003 and has managed multiple projects and concepts.


Bruce Brazen

Project Manager

With 20 years of prior experience in commercial, retail and restaurant construction, Bruce began his career with Conboy & Mannion in 2008 as a project manager. With a home base in the Detroit area, he oversees the Midwest and mid-Atlantic regions for us.


Maureen Malone

Contract Manager

Prior to joining Conboy & Mannion in 1998 Ms. Malone was employed as Director of Contract Compliance for the City of New York Department of Housing Preservation & Development. Key responsibilities at present are Contract Administration, Company Safety Officer and general building contractor licensee in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, Arizona, Florida, Colorado, Virginia, West Virginia and Nevada. Bachelor of Arts, Queens College, NYC, Certified Professional Public Buyer, Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Construction Project Manager, Certified OSHA Trainer.
