About the Project
With more than 30 restaurants in the United States and Brazil, this traditional churrascaria has decades of rich history and culture that inspires the menu, decor and construction with each new build. Inspired by the passion of its original founders back in 1979, each continued expansion must maintain their deep-rooted Brazilian heritage to ensure an authentic experience. Brazilian cuisine is merged with traditional architectural elements to successfully carry out the quality and respect for the founders' families.
What We Did
Fogo De Chao is an expansive space that is designed to give diners authentic exposure to the art of a centuries-old traditional grilling technique known as Brazilian churrasco. With a panoramic view of the kitchen and spacious dining rooms, careful attention to detail is essential in a space of this size to successfully preserve the connection to the culture. In King of Prussia, we built inside a new, large development, filling a shell. In Dunwoody, GA, we built the entire restaurant from the ground up. At Conboy and Mannion, we understand the importance of carrying on tradition, and we can adapt to whatever surroundings we're given. Our goal is to help our clients give their customers a memorable experience that can transport them to another place and time.
